Style Savvy Your Spring Wardrobe

We all know that far to familiar feeling of “What shall I wear today?” or “How can I make my wardrobe work for me?”

With Spring in the air, now is the perfect time for that long awaited spring-clean, but we’re not talking about your houses, no we’re talking about  your wardrobe! Did you know the average woman only wears about 20% of her wardrobe! We met with Sue Mee to give us her top fashion tips for the season:

  1. Clear out the things that you’ve not worn in your wardrobe for the last year. Be ruthless.

  2. De-clutter the unwanted items to charity shops, dress agencies & recycling banks.

  3. Have a clothes swap party with friends, and make an evening of it!

  4. Set yourself a budget on items, when visiting shops, so you know exactly what you want to buy and spend.

  5. Mix high street labels with higher end labels, to create more of an individual look.

  6. Don’t be afraid to experiment with colours, this season is about being bold with colour.

  7. Lastly, complete your look with a new haircut, or a new lipstick or nail varnish in this seasons colour. It’s the little things that count!

  8. Just think a clearer wardrobe is a clearer mind- the less items you have, the easier to assemble your outfits.
